For each prospective client, we offer a free 30-minute consultation session where we assess your needs, discuss your budget, explain our different packages, and answer your questions.
After the session, you will be sent a quote within 2-3 business days.
COST: $0 for 30-minute session
After an intitial consultation to assess your needs, you receive weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly consultations with our event coordinator who will work alongside you until your event PLUS one additional post-event consultation. This package includes assistance with registration, venue selection, vendor coordination, programming and scheduling, and post-event evaluation.
Ideal for clients that want some assistance in ensuring their event is a success while being more cost-efficient with their budget.
COST: $30/consultation for 1 hour | $50/session for 2 hours

Our event coordinator will help you from intial planning and venue selection to day-of event coordination and post-event evaluations. Most effective when hired as early on in the planning process as possible, we can help coordinate the following services:
